Order Processing Time

我的商店 processes most orders within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation. Please note that during major holidays or special promotional events, processing times may extend beyond this usual window.

Shipping Duration and Costs

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, delivery to United States addresses generally takes between 7 and 12 business days. Shipping fees are determined by the specifics of your order and will be clearly shown during the checkout process prior to completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Shipment

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests made after this period may not be fulfilled, as your order might already be in processing.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your items.
